      • We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team and support our continued growth. As a Physical Therapist, you will be expected to: • Evaluate and plan for physical therapy intervention required in the school setting. • Assist the students in gaining functional independence to more completely benefit from the educational environment. • Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations for adolescents, and children • Develop and execute individual treatment plans for clients • Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and the need for modification of treatment and goals • Complete all necessary documentation including notes, progress summaries, and care plans using the Company’s electronic record system within the expected timeframe • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they may face • Drive to different school sites within a 4 hour shift • Meet minimum utilization goals / other business objectives as required

      • Graduate of Physical Therapist School accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.· • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our students • Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of student (age, race, ethnicity, etc.) • Be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now) • Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven

      • California State Physical Therapy license 
- 
      
        
      
      Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical abilities include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision.
